Work responsibilities
Mayor Wu Qingwen oversees the overall work of Suzhou Municipal People’s Government and the work of finance and auditing. He supervises Suzhou Finance Bureau and Suzhou Audit Bureau. The mayor is the liaison to Suzhou Intermediate People’s Court and People’s Procuratorate of Suzhou Municipality.
